Welcome to Chelmsford City Group of Neighbourhood Watches. We seek to promote Neighbourhood Watch across the Chelmsford district, both the urban and the rural areas, parished and non-parished. We work closely with Essex Police and the City Council, and we can support and advise local groups and neighbourhoods in developing Watches in streets and neighbourhoods.

We produce newsletters and can provide other resources such as window stickers and street signs.
